I know I do not have the flu or anything because it feels completely different than any sickness I have ever had. I also have very tender sore nipples which i have never gotten before, constipation, lots of headaches and i have become very tired lately which is not like me at all, I can usually go 2 days without sleep and it wouldn't bother me but now I can't go even for a long day without being so tired i can't bear it.

What are the causes of left breast pain in women? We will address the many possible causes of pain in this region—both those due to breast issues and those that are not—but first: Make sure it isn't your heart. While your left breast pain is most likely due to something else, the first question you need to ask yourself is if you could be having symptoms of a heart attack. Pain may be mild, feel like a burning pain, or may simply feel like breast pain. Due to the often vague and subtle symptoms, women are more likely to overlook the signs, and, as a result, die from a heart attack.
Pain under the right breast may indicate a serious medical condition, but breast cancer is not necessarily one of them. The pain may involve one of the organs such as the kidney, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, or right lung. It may also be gas or a muscle strain. Pain under the right breast needs to be linked to the underlying cause before initiating a proper course of treatment. The pain may be due to a preexisting medical condition; an injury; or the natural processes of puberty, menstruation, or pregnancy.
Your breasts may be extra tender as early as one or two weeks after conception. This hormone surge causes breasts to retain more fluids and feel heavy, sore, or more sensitive than normal PMS tenderness. Your uterus may be stretching a little now hence the cramps to prep for its massive expansion over the next nine months.
